Home Care Worker / Healthcare Assistant
What You'll Do:
- ✓Provide personal care support including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- ✓Assist with medication prompting and administration
- ✓Prepare meals and support with nutrition
- ✓Offer companionship and emotional support
- ✓Support clients with mobility and daily routines
- ✓Maintain accurate care records using Mobizio Care Planner
What We're Looking For:
- •A genuine passion for helping others
- •Reliability and a positive attitude
- •Good communication skills
- •Right to work in the UK
- •Willingness to undertake a DBS check
- •A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
No experience required — we provide full Care Certificate training and ongoing development.
Specialist Care Worker
What You'll Do:
- ✓Deliver specialist healthcare procedures including PEG feeding, tracheotomy care, and suctioning
- ✓Support clients with complex medical needs in their own homes
- ✓Work closely with healthcare professionals and district nurses
- ✓Provide person-centred care plans for adults and children (0–18 years)
- ✓Monitor and report changes in client health and wellbeing
What We're Looking For:
- •Previous experience in healthcare, nursing, or specialist care (desirable)
- •NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential)
- •Confidence working with medical equipment and procedures
- •Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping
- •Right to work in the UK and willingness to undertake a DBS check
Live-In Carer
What You'll Do:
- ✓Live in the client's home and provide round-the-clock support
- ✓Assist with all aspects of daily living including personal care, meals, and household tasks
- ✓Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
- ✓Support clients with dementia, physical disabilities, or complex needs
- ✓Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals
What We're Looking For:
- •Previous care experience (preferred but not essential)
- •Patience, empathy, and resilience
- •Ability to live in a client's home for extended periods
- •A full UK driving licence (desirable)
- •Right to work in the UK and willingness to undertake a DBS check
